All in-stock orders are packaged and shipped within 5 business days. If your piece is custom or personalised, however, we’ll typically need between 5 and 7 business days to make it before it’s ready to ship.
Once we’ve filled your order, you’ll get an email from us with a link you can use to track it en route.
Depending on where you live, our free shipping usually takes between 2 and 4 business days to arrive. If you need it there faster, we have other options available at checkout. Remember, a faster shipping time won’t affect how long we need to make your piece—only how quickly it will arrive once we put it in the mail.

We are happy to offer free full refunds within 7 days of your date of delivery on all eligible designs. Customised/personalised orders cannot be returned
*Items not eligible for return include, but are not limited to all personalised items, including any product in our initial collection, name necklaces, and engraved items. Any modification to personalized and made-to-order. Sale items under the Sale section on our website are FINAL SALE – all modifications will be at fee.

AJ Trinkets offers a confident 3 Months warranty from the date of purchase. We’ll take care of any fault in the material or craftsmanship of your piece within that time. As with any warranty, there are a few exceptions, and we want to be very clear about what those are. Please see below for what is not covered under warranty:
